Marketing Analysis
We define our main customers based on the research gathered and by attempting to understand the shopping habits of those users.
Key points
1 A search bar must be visible at all times.
2 It’s essential to have different styles of clothes in the category.
3 Users need models of different races, sizes, and genders.
4 Users want to discover new trends and styles.
5 The user wants easy access to the sales section.
6 More images and less text

2 DEFINE
Business / User Goal
We were able to collect a lot of useful data after all of the research in the “empathize” phase. We made a diagram to create a better perspective.

3 IDEATE
Site Map
The group was able to successfully organize categories into a site map based on the card-sorting exercise and interview data. The objective was to develop a navigation procedure that would be simple and familiar to the user.
