1 Research

Interview Process

The main objective was to measure customer satisfaction.

Key Points

1 The result allows us to see that the satisfaction score was associated with the fact that the buyer had no access to the product inventory or prices.
2 Directly correlated to the greater ease the customer had in seeing the product in a physical catalog or image, the greater their satisfaction.
2 It was inversely correlated, where the longer the time it took to know if the product was produced, the cost, and the material, the lower the satisfaction.
4 they could not see a representation of the product before the purchase. This is due to the large number of products sold over 1800.

The website allows customers to view the product catalog; each product has its own description and its current value.

Strategy

After the implementation of the website. The results showed that these changes increased customer satisfaction.

Focus Group

Indirectly, this has made the process easier for vendors because they can show the customer the product the client is requesting through a digital catalog that can be accessed all the time.

Conclusion

Overall, during a follow-up, client satisfaction increased by 25%. Therefore, loyalty, purchase intention, and purchase have directly increased and are directly associated with the value of satisfaction.
